Dr. Haas, D.C.

The Doctor Who Takes Time & Listens to You

Dr. Haas, at Advanced Health Solutions-Montrose, is passionate about helping people with chronic conditions regain their health, vitality, and quality of life. He focuses on finding natural ways for the body to become pain free and to heal itself.

Dr. Haas is both a chiropractor and a Nurse Practitioner, making him very unique. He has the tools for chiropractic therapy, regenerative therapy, and can prescribe medications — all in one!

Patients love his energy, upbeat attitude, bedside manner, and the way he really listens to them. He truly cares about his patients, their families, and their overall health and well-being.

Jennifer Burleson

Office Manager

Jennifer Burleson, our office manager of 6 years, has been with Balanced Medical Center since the summer of 2015. She completed her CTA training in December that year and has been an advocate for Chiropractic and natural health care since! Jennifer is the 'go to' person in our office for the staff as well as patients. She is always ready to help wherever she is needed. She lives in Johnson City and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling as often as possible.

Teresa Freckleton

LMT. CTA

Teresa joins us with over 10 years of experience of being an LMT. She moved to the Tri Cities with her family from Utah and we are glad she found her way to us. She loves being an LMT and using massage
therapy to help people. Teresa lives in Elizabethton with her 3 kids and enjoys traveling and cooking.

Leah S. West

Massage Therapist/ Insurance Billing

Leah earned her license in massage in 2013. Prior to massage she was involved in Chiropractic for 2o plus years. She worked the front desk, therapy and rehab assistant. She has also been office manager and in charge of billing.

Leah specializes her technique to aid clients coping with acute and chronic conditions using a variety of tools, hands, hot stones, and warm bamboo rods.

Leah and her husband, Chris, have 2 children and reside in Johnson City.

Lindsey Smith

Family Nurse Practitioner

Lindsey Smith is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and registered nurse. She holds a master's degree in nursing from Walden University that she received in 2014. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2009.

Lindsey is a native of the Bristol, TN where she lives with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. She joined Balanced Medical Center in August of 2019 where she will be providing services to help aid in relieving patients pain as quickly and efficiently as possible. Some of the treatments she offers include Trigger Point Injections, joint injections, and HCT injections for arthritis.
